COVID-19 Update

Dear patients and family of the Flower Mound Dentistry DiVine,

Your health and the health of our team members is our primary concern. As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is being closely monitored around the world, we want to assure you that we are taking extra precautions to ensure your safety.

As a healthcare facility, we practice regulated precautions guided by the Texas Department of Health, CDC and OSHA. These measures keep everyone safe. In addition to sterilizing all instruments and changing masks and gloves with each patient, we sanitize our entire clinical areas. Our waiting room is regularly sanitized to keep germs at bay. Only the patient is allowed in the waiting area or parent and child patient. Seating has been limited to all proper distancing.

For your appointment, we have a strict disinfection plan, even above universal precautions. Chlorhexidine mouthwash will be begin prior to all procedures in order to reduce aerosols. Also, we will take an oxygen saturation and temperature reading on all patients.

If you have traveled, or have been exposed to someone who has traveled, and are experiencing any symptoms related to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please reschedule your appointment after a 14-day quarantine.

Again, we value every one of our patients and take your health seriously. These precautions will help ensure that our practice remains a safe environment for all of us - patients, family, and team!

Our special prayer is that God will protect you and your family during this time.

If you have any questions or concerns, please call our office.

Sincerely,

Dr. Kiamesha McCllellan
